Aero-naut Model Ship Kits

The kit is very carefully prepared, with the result that no tools at all are required to build the model; all the wooden parts are die-cut, and the aluminium tubing for the mast and boom is already cut to the correct lengths. Pre-formed wire fittings are provided, ready for sliding onto the aluminium tubes.
All you need to construct the model is modelling pins and adhesive tape. The kit includes all the wooden parts and fittings required to build the boat, plus rudder, glue and comprehensive building instructions in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Bellissima is an enlarged version of our Bella sailing boat. Construction of the two models is identical, but the elegant Bellissima is bigger all round.

The model is of ABS construction. All the ABS parts are supplied accurately laser-cut, and all parts are keyed together by tab and slot before being glued. The watertight hatches for the RC components and bow thruster are retained by screws.

This model is an all-wood kit based on a hard-chine hull, which is a basic requirement for fast, straightforward building. All the wooden parts are highly pre-fabricated, and are ready to be glued in place after a quick check for fit. The basic method of assembly is the same as that of the Classic Sports boat and Diva: the hull is built over a die-cut Depron sheet jig into which the bulkheads are inserted. Fitting the keel and the two fore-and-aft bearers completes the basic bulkhead framework.

Möwe 2 is an all-woof construction. All parts are laser-cut and require a minimum of work. The hull uses a new material called A-Tex for light-weight construction and remarkable strength. Mast booms and exhaust tube are aluminium and definitely look their part on this small model boat. A separate kit within the kit is the winch, which is built-up of precisely cut plywood parts and looks like the real thing when painted. Three wood boxes in which caught fish can be stored, emphasize the model´s realistic looks.
